Terms of use

Updated: October 4, 2026

Draft — this document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

Use of KosherFly and its services is subject to these terms. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

KosherFly lets you search for flights and book airline tickets. Bookings are made with the airline through a technology provider (Duffel); the ticket itself is the airline's.

The flight itself — schedules, changes, cancellations, baggage and service — is governed by the airline's conditions and the fare rules of the chosen fare.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and include taxes and fees. Before booking, the price is checked again with the airline, and you are charged in Israeli shekels — the exact amount is shown before you pay.
  • Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only.
  • A booking is final only once the ticket is issued and you receive the airline's booking reference.

Shabbat and Yom Tov

The site does not show flights that take off or land during Shabbat or Yom Tov, using the times at each airport. Booking is paused during Shabbat and Yom Tov.

These calculations are made carefully, but travellers are responsible for checking the times and consulting a Rav as needed.

Your responsibilities

Enter names exactly as they appear in the passport, and make sure you have a valid passport, visas and entry requirements for your destination.

Cancellations and changes

Cancelling or changing a booking is subject to the airline's fare rules and applicable law. For details and requests: moishilevy6@gmail.com.

Liability

The site shows information received from airlines and outside providers. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for changes, delays or cancellations by airlines.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
